How can I return my order or an item?
You may return your order or certain items within 14 days of receiving your order. A return fee of $7 will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order.
You have several options to request a return:
- by scanning the QR code on the card included in your parcel,
- from your « My Account » area by selecting the items from your order that you wish to return and then clicking on « Return my order »,
- from the website homepage via the « Request a return » tab,
- click directly on this link.
You can then download the shipping documents and your return label.
Personalized products, as well as products marked as « Final Sale », are considered final sale items and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
